All account support for Messenger Marketing Blueprint is handled through the help desk.
Support accounts must be registered individually by you – please select your unique password – but use the same email address as your account:[memb_contact fields=Email]

Once you open a ticket you will receive a response within 24 hours via email.

To help us serve you better please note:
- All communications will come from the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Please add us to your address book or safe sender's list. If you don't immediately receive confirmation of your ticket submission please check your spam and junk filters as this confirmation will contain your ticket number.
- The email address you use to open your first ticket will be your user ID and will link any & all tickets you create to your account. It cannot be changed once created.
- Please do not use multiple email addresses when opening tickets.Each ticket is issued a unique tracking id which you will be emailed upon submitting your ticket – please retain yours for your records so that you can check the status.
- If you haven't received an email response within 24 hours during a standard business week, please return to this support desk and check the status of your ticket – our response email may not have reached you.
- Please do not open a new ticket if following up on an open ticket – This may result in multiple support coordinators working on the same issue and will prevent you from getting the best support possible.
